Transaction rows: 0. Beginning/Ending balance rows are skipped from the export but used for the reconcile badge when present.

Client-data policy risk: many bookkeepers cannot paste client bank CSVs into a chatbot.
Silent reconcile miss: ChatGPT can return a CSV that looks import-ready while missing an opening/closing balance break (our sample fixture has a built-in $2 gap; chat did not warn).
No one-click local UI: chat offered DIY scripts, not a bookmarkable browser tool that never uploads the file.

This demo does not claim that chat drops rows or flips signs. The wedge is the visible reconcile badge plus an offline UI.
